Why is DA having a lot of errors this summer?

I'm starting to get fed up with DA's server. I haven't had any problems on any other website but DA. It happens when I click "reply" to messages in my inbox. They don't send, and then the page refreshes and then I have to rewrite what ever I wrote (which really sucks if it was a long message and then my rewritten message, I fear, comes off as frustration). And then there's submitting deviations ... why is it taking so much longer to upload them? Is it because they put that silly green loading bar at the bottom of the deviation? Sometimes, when it's uploading, it'll change the picture to a deviation I already uploaded - which makes no frigg'in sense! And then it just takes forever for the page to load after I've submitted it. And it doesn't save my changes / takes too long to respond (so it stops saving) when I'm managing deviations in my inbox.
